Bittersweet Breakup

5.8% ABV 24 IBUs

Enjoy a fine American Craft Porter with a complex malt bill consisting of 2-Row Ale, Dark Munich, Pale Chocolate, Chocolate Barley, and French Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder. We then treated this brew with Tart Cherries and plenty of fresh Cocoa Nibs. Expect a light-roast followed by cherry and dark chocolate flavors. Cheers!

Just Smitten Kölsch

4.9% ABV 15 IBUs

Fall in love with the flavors of a Strawberry Vanilla Milkshake combined with our house Kölsch yeast. We brewed this beer with Pilsner, Flaked Corn, and Lactose, providing a smooth sweetness. Small amounts of German hops were used for bitterness. Cheers!

Dante’s Loco Coco

5% ABV 33 IBUs

Brewed with intense flavors in mind, this Porter is loaded with notes of Chocolate, Raspberry, and Cinnamon, and finally finished with a massive amount of Dried Chipotle Peppers. Expect a creamy start from the Nitro Method of Dispensing, followed by a BOLD finish. Cheers!

Tripel Dog Dare You

10.6% ABV 40 IBUs

Enjoy our latest take on the strong and smooth Belgian Tripel with an American Craft Brew twist. We used German Northern Brewer hops, Saaz, and late additions of Amarillo to create a perfect blend of old tradition and modern flavors. Complex, somewhat mild spicy flavor characterizes this style. Jacob Marley’s Winter Ale

5.6% ABV 25 IBUs

‘Tis the season for a fine winter ale brewed with Special B, Chocolate, and dark Caramel malts and finished with hints of allspice, ginger, and cinnamon. We used Cascade and Willamette hops for bitterness. Cheers and Happy Holidays!
