Light in alcohol but not on flavor, this India Pale Ale has a strong malt body featuring hints of toasted biscuits, nuts, and caramel. We aggressivley hopped for bitterness with traditional Cascade, and used late additions of Citra and Mosaic to add some floral, earthy, and citrus notes. Easy to enjoy all day!

Brewed with over 80% European Pilsner malt, this brew is light gold, verging on a sun-bleached straw color. We added delicate amounts of Vienna, Caramunich, and Acidulated malts to give it our special touch. Very refreshing and drinkable, with the earthy aroma provided by the classic noble Hallertau hops.
