Light in alcohol but not on flavor, this India Pale Ale has a strong malt body featuring hints of toasted biscuits, nuts, and caramel. We aggressivley hopped for bitterness with traditional Cascade, and used late additions of Citra and Mosaic to add some floral, earthy, and citrus notes. Easy to enjoy all day!

Subtle yet surprising, this brew was made using only whirlpool hops, forgoing the traditional bittering kettle hops.  Enjoy a light and crisp brew with floral, tropical, and spicy notes provided by the generous amounts of Citra and Cascade hops.  Cheers!
