Rhizome (RYE-ZOHM) is a mass of subterranean plant stems important in the farming and growth of hops. We used a mass of hops in this Hazy IPA featuring plenty of flaked oats and wheat. Hop varieties include Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca. Expect a silky smooth mouth feel with generous amounts of citrus/passion fruit notes. Cheers!
