Flight 870 West Coast IPA
Inspired by a trip to sunny San Diego, this West Coast IPA is a fantastic example of the style known for it’s pleasing bitterness and light malt profile. 7 different hops were used, including Warrior, Simcoe, Centennial, and Citra, to name a few. We hope you like it as much as we do!
Full Bloom – Summer Wheat Saison
This refreshingly dry summer ale was brewed with plenty of Pilsner, Wheat, Dextrin, and Caramel. Expect notes of summer fruit, citrus, and traditional Belgian yeast. Lightly malty with a pleasing hop bitterness provided by Styrian Goldings. Ask for a slice of orange! Cheers!
Buckets of Nuggets
Saison (French for season) is a pale ale defined by its high carbonation, fruity and spicy characteristics. We took a recipe loaded with Pilsner malt, with hints of caramel, Vienna, and Wheat, and finally dry hopped with Nugget hops to develop an earthy, ginger texture. Cheers!
