Full Bloom – Summer Wheat Saison
This refreshingly dry summer ale was brewed with plenty of Pilsner, Wheat, Dextrin, and Caramel. Expect notes of summer fruit, citrus, and traditional Belgian yeast. Lightly malty with a pleasing hop bitterness provided by Styrian Goldings. Ask for a slice of orange! Cheers!
Buckets of Nuggets
Saison (French for season) is a pale ale defined by its high carbonation, fruity and spicy characteristics. We took a recipe loaded with Pilsner malt, with hints of caramel, Vienna, and Wheat, and finally dry hopped with Nugget hops to develop an earthy, ginger texture. Cheers!
Moon Hop
This hazy New England style IPA uses plenty of Citra, Falconers Flight, and Mosaic hops in the whirlpool, and then two separate Dry Hop additions. This provides the tropical and citrus flavors this style is known for. Malt bill includes 2-Row, American Wheat, Flaked Oats, and Honey. Cheers!
Bittersweet Breakup
Enjoy a fine American Craft Porter with a complex malt bill consisting of 2-Row Ale, Dark Munich, Pale Chocolate, Chocolate Barley, and French Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder. We then treated this brew with Tart Cherries and plenty of fresh Cocoa Nibs. Expect a light-roast followed by cherry and dark chocolate flavors. Cheers!
