A copper colored, unfiltered brew that incorporates light touches of rye and oats in the malt bill. We used a unique yeast strain and subdued use of Perle and Hallertau hops to produce a dry, slightly tart beer with a light and peppery finish.

A light gold, brilliant brew that we tried to bring closer to its roots in Cologne (Köln.) We did this by adding more traditional malt styles and an authentic Kölsch yeast, along with Perle and Tettnang hops.

A copper colored lager that features a nicely rounded flavor that finishes with a crips, clean hoppy finish. A blend of Sorachi Ace and Crystal Hops deliver citrusy, woodsy hop profile.
Citra Chaser IPA
7.5% ABV 79 IBU
This IPA is focused on a single hop (citra), and then we added a natural grapefruit puree to accentuate the vibrant citrus character.
