Similar to a Hefeweizen, these southern German wheat beers are brewed as darker versions (Dunkel means “dark”) with deliciously complex malts and a low balancing bitterness. Weizen yeast gives the beer fruity and spicy flavors, most commonly, banana and clove.

Belgian Witbier

Enjoy a Belgian style ale that’s very pale and cloudy in appearance due to it being unfiltered and high levels of wheat and oats used in the mash. Tettnang provides a subtle bitterness, complimented by bitter orange peel and fresh corriander. Cheers!
Purity Pilsner

This authentic Bohemian Pilsner has a simple malt bill consisting of Pils and Dextrine with a generous bitterness provided by Saaz hops. Expect a smooth and crisp brew with a light straw color and crystal clear body. Cheers!
5th Street Hollow Nitro Stout

Crafted to perfectly blend with Nitrogen dispensing, this stout has a solid malt body with a pleasing bitterness that is eased by the smooth and creamy experience. One addition of Nugget hops leave a slight earthy and herbal taste. Cheers!

Inspired by a trip to sunny San Diego, this West Coast IPA is a fantastic example of the style known for it’s pleasing bitterness and light malt profile. 7 different hops were used, including Warrior, Simcoe, Centennial, and Citra, to name a few. We hope you like it as much as we do!
